Our People
At Gemtree Vineyards we are first generation winemakers drawing on expertise from three generations of grapegrowing. In a genuine family operation, each member participates in the production and marketing of our wines.
Jill and Paul Buttery's son, Andrew, heads up Gemtree with marketing support from wife Helen. Daughter Melissa is the viticulturist, and her husband, Mike Brown, is Gemtree's dynamic winemaker. In August 2007, Gemtree appointed Eymeric Darsch as a brand manager in North America.
